Our
Policy: If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, return it to us for an exchange or
refund within 30 days of placing order. We exchange
or refund any original
condition merchandise. Any merchandise
returned after 30 days in unused and new condition
will qualify for an exchange only. Merchandise
must be received by ta-tas for customer
to qualify for an exchange. Please note: the
customer is responsible for all shipping charges
on purchases and returns/exchanges. Recipient
is responsible for all import duty and taxes.
ta-tas will cover the shipping costs to
return the exchanged merchandise to the customer
via UPS. If you are exchanging a defective
item, we will gladly replace the item at no
cost to you, once we receive and review the
item. Please allow one to two billing cycles
for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
Note:
Please use caution when trying on items. Health
regulations stipulate that clothing that is
soiled, worn, damaged, dry cleaned, washed is
considered to be "other
than original condition" and
cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes
deodorant markings, pet hair, and odors such
as perspiration or cigarette smoke. If such
merchandise is returned it cannot be refunded.
Lost
Shipments: Lost shipment and missing item
claims must be filed within ten days from the
date order was shipped. ta-tas does not
assume responsibility for lost shipment or missing
item claims placed after ten days of ship date.
How
to Send it Back:
To
ensure that your exchange or refund request
is processed,
please use the following instructions:

Include
your name and return address in the package

your order number in the package
- Specify whether it is exchange or return
- For exchange- include specific information on sizing and for what shirt

Double
check that merchandise is in original
condition

Double
check order date. Exchanges only after 30
days.

"Surprise Me" tees and "Final Sale Items" are non-refundable
or exchangeable
