What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. You may order online, or call to place an order at 818-676-0446. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

How do your sizes fit?

Checking our size chart is the best way to avoid ordering a shirt that doesn’t fit. Our shirts are 100% cotton, and will shrink a little in the width and 1"–3" in the length with washing and drying. PLEASE REFER TO OUR SIZE CHART BEFORE ORDERING.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After placing an order it could take up to 2-7 business days for orders to be processed prior to shipping. This does not include backorders. Backorders may take up to 14 days to ship. All valid email addresses provided will be sent tracking information upon ship. ta-tas® does not accept responsibility for shipping company delays. In the United States, orders take approximately 7–10 business days to arrive after ship. International orders may take approximately 12–15 business days. Orders shipped outside the continental United States will not be issued a tracking number.

Do you have express shipping available?

We offer UPS 2nd Day - 3:00 PST cut off. If ordered after shipment it will go out next business day. If a product on the order is backordered entire shipment will be delayed until order is complete. Questions about shipping or for overnight shipping call 1-877-MY-TATAS Mon–Fri 9–5 PST.

Do you offer Women’s and Plus sizing?

ta-tas® is working very hard to expand into Women’s and Plus sizing. As we grow, so will our offering, so stay tuned!

What if I order the wrong size?

If you’re not happy with your ta-tas® shirt, you may return or exchange it. We accept original condition merchandise within 30 days of order and do not refund credit cards until the merchandise is received. Exchanges only after 30 days. Please note: the customer is responsible for all shipping charges on purchases and returns. ta-tas® will cover the shipping costs to return the exchanged merchandise to the customer standard mail. Please see our returns page for more details.

Why is there glue on my shirt?

When the screen printer prints the logo on the shirt, they use a water soluble adhesive to secure the shirt in place on the press. Sometimes a bit of glue residue is left over. In most cases the glue is on the inside of the shirt, and rinses away in the first wash cycle.

How do I wash my ta-tas® shirt?

All ta-tas® tees should be washed in cold and air-dried or tumble-dried on low heat. The tees may shrink if you decide to dry them. Be careful not to iron the graphics on the shirts.

What is boob lube for?

Boob lube is the original breast check soap. It serves as a fun reminder to do regular self breast checks, and is for general health information and educational purposes only. This product is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice and care. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Do you charge duty and import fees?

ta-tas® is not responsible for and does not know what customs may charge for delivery of orders outside the US. UPS will bill import and duty fees separately. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all import and/or duty fees. If customer does not pay UPS notices, ta-tas® reserves the right to bill customer’s credit card on file, plus a $10 processing fee. When ordering ta-tas® product customer is agreeing to these terms.

Why is there a warning label on the bumper magnet?

The manufacturer of the bumper magnet recommends “Vehicles should be waxed and washed and magnet should be removed and cleaned monthly.” It is possible that if warning is not followed and/or car is left for long periods of time in the hot sun magnet may melt to car surface. Consumer agrees to use magnet responsibly and at own risk. In no event shall ta-tas® be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of the bumper magnet.

How can I get wholesale info?

We sell our shirts wholesale to retailers. To request a catalog, please contact us and include your resale license number and address information. We do not have mail order catalogs for customers at this time.

Can I sell your products on eBay?

In order to protect the integrity and value of the brand you know and love, and to preserve our ability to raise the maximum funds possible for breast cancer research, we do not allow items purchased from our website to be sold on eBay or any other discount on-line outlet. Customers who list items purchased from our website on a discount outlet will have their items removed from the site it is being sold on in accordance with their property rights policies.

Photo submissions

Thanks for submitting your photos! Just so you know, all submissions become the exclusive property of ta-tas® brand clothing. We reserve the right to use them, adjust them, or not use them depending on the content. ta-tas® reserves the unrestricted right and permission to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish submitted photos intact or in part without restriction to changes. Submitter agrees photo may be used in any form of media and for any purpose.

ta-tas® does not endorse any views expressed, actions, or contents of submitted photos. In no event shall ta-tas® be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use or content of submitted and/or published photos.

ta-tas® reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. ta-tas® terms of use and FAQs subject to change without notice.

International Refusals of Delivery

Customers will be charged return to sender shipping charges for all refusals of delivery on international orders.

Donations

Donations calculated are a combination of monetary donations and the cost of product donations.
